Career Analysts
Career Analysts is based in Melbourne and owned and managed
by Barry Darnell.
Barry has a B.Sc. in Behavioural Science, a post graduate
Diploma in Careers Guidance and an M.Sc. in Occupational
Psychology, specialising in psychometric testing. His Masters
thesis was the validation of a computer based careers guidance
package of aptitude/career interest/personality measures for use
in schools.
He has worked for three psychometric test publishers in the
UK, Singapore and New Zealand and worked as a full-time careers
adviser for 5 years.
Barry also has 9 years experience of consulting around
performance management and management development for large
organisations in the UK and Switzerland.
