a) Predictive validity. This addresses the accuracy of the battery in predicting educational or work choices over time.

b) Evaluative studies. 10 independently conducted studies have been summarised covering topics such as 'do the job suggestions add value', 'would you recommend others to complete the process', ' do you see a benefit in continued use'.
